My Last day Of Blogging

Hello, well as the title suggestes, this is my last day of blogging for two weeks! Tomorrow, i am going on holiday to Florida! I'm so excited... Anyway, enough about me, i have made this card for my friend Georgina who is 6 years old, and her favourite colour is pink! The papers are a mixture of BG and PM, but in the inside, i have also used some FF. The little bear is also FF. The little flowers are prima, with a BG brad, and the fibre inside is PM.

Hope you all have a fabby time while i'm away, but don't have too much fun with out me lol :O)
See you in two weeks time, with a few bits and pieces of new crafty stash. ( i hope! )

Basic Grey!

I know what you're thinking: " No... not more basic Grey! " Sorry, but i just love these papers and cardstock embellies- they're great for decorated the insides of cards. The papers are Basic Grey, the image is Penny Black and the ribbion is the gorgeous Craft House. I love this ribbion i have used it on both the inside and out.

Blue!!

Hello, happy Wednesday. Well, my post is late tonight- half past 8! :O) Apparently i should be in bed, LOL, oh well! I made this card a few days ago, but forgot to post it, so i thought i'd put it onto today. The papers are PM, and the gorgeous image is PB " The Essentials", watercoloured with my trusty whispers strokes! I kept the layout quite simple, and decided to just stich around the edge. The flower is prima, and the gems are also PM i also decorated the inside,
( this seems to be growing on me!) and embellished on the left with a flower punch i got from Hobby Craft for 69p!! ( bargain ) And the right is some PM dome stickers.

Wow, 2 cards in one night i have been busy! He, he! Well, it was teacher training today, so i tried to make as many cards as possible. I tried a new style with this card: stiching. You all seem to all use this, and it looks great. And, it was easier then i thought. The papers are my new Basic Grey Cupcake collection, that i bought on my latest shooping spree at both the Glitter Pot and The Craft Barn! The image is also new and is from Stampavie- Leere Aldrich. I love this cute stamp, and the liitle poodles head pocking out of the buubles- so sweet! The flowers are prima, a bit of a mixture. I have coated the bubbles with Antias clear gloss, to give it a bit of a raised affect. For a chance i coloured the image with watercolour paints. At first i didn't really think it would work, but it's really quite relaxing, and i'm pleased with the result.

Stamp Something Challenge: Green

Goodevening, i thought i'd share with you the card i made for the stamps somethings challenge. This week, you have to base your card on the colour greeen. Straight away, i knew my bargain PM paper- Olive Essence, would be just perfect. Although, i did use some brown bon-bon paper from paper from doodlebug, which i think is just divine. The image is Penny Black, and the flower is prima, i also used a little Basic Grey sugared brad.

A Mans Card!

Hello, happy Sunday, hope you're all enjoying the weekend. I've tried to make some cards, and fill in some orders. So i thought i'd share with you the one i made yesterday:
The man i was making it for, is into all sports, so i knew that my Dovecraft paper would be just perfect! The lettering is doodlebug, lily white, and all the embellies were made from the paper, inked and matted onto coordinations cardstock. I'm getting into decorated the insides now, i'll have to remember not to forget! :O)

My First Blog Candy! NOW CLOSED

Goodevening everybody, hope you're enjoying your night. Anyway, i've decided to have a blog candy, to celebrate a few good things that have happened to me lately:

I have been asked to be a guest designer on the crafty Monkeys Challenge blog on the 17th of April, and i've found out what High School i'm going to in September.
So here it is.

It includes a PM creative tones paper pad, a selection of mens papers, a pack of PM and prima flowers, silver charms, and a smirk stamp. I will also include (not shown in the picture) a selection of stamped images and PM notelets, including Penny Blacks, Sarah kays, stamps from Leere Aldrich, Forever Friends, and some of my favourite sentiments.

Colour Create Challenge, and Crafty Monkeys...

For this weeks colour create challenge, you have to use the following colours: Green, Yellow and Orange, and it can't be a card. So i have created a sweetie bag, for my friends at school. I have used Basic Grey paper, Pm ribbon, co- ordinations cardstock, and prima flowers. I recently bought this from the Craft Barn. This is a really good shop, with fast delivery and a great selection of stamps. So compliments to the Craft Barn! Anyway, back onto the card! I have also made this card for this weeks Crafty Monkeys challenge, which is touchy, feely. So i don't know whether my flowers count?
