Boys Cards

Since i've been blogging, i haven't seemed to have posted any boys cards that i've made, i don't know why, as they're just as nice as anything femine!So for this card which is obviously for a granson, i have used:

Papers: PM
Letters: Doodlebug- lily white
Rub Ons: Beetle black doodle-bug

Happy Anniversary!

The Third card on my list was and anniversary card, for a son to send to his parents. I tried to keep it quite simple, by using:

Papers: Basic Grey
Flowers: Prima
Brads: unknown
Image; Penny Black stickeroo
Sentiment: Printed from the computer on some bargain white card from wilko!

Penny Black

I really need to buy a Penny Black stamp. All my cards seem to have been made using stickeroos. They're easy i suppose, but i prefer to stamp and colour, it's much more relaxing. I have an A4 sheet of paper with orders at the moment, so some of the cards i've made i haven't posted, because they've been nedded ASAP. Anyway, the materials;

Paper: Basic Grey
Image: Penny Black stickeroos
Flowers: Prima ( they're on th top of my Glitter Pot shopping list at the mo!)
Brads: Unknown, i think i got them free in a pack from Crafts u Love

Another Acceptance

There seems to be a lot of weddings going on at the moment, two orders in the space of a week! Sorry i haven't been posted lately, i've been really ill and have had to have time off school too. But, i'm all mended now, and have had a morning of craft! So anyway, back on to the card:

Christening...

I have made this card for another order- a christening. I was really stuck for ideas with this one, as i don't have much baby stock! But i managed to make a card using sweet nothings PM paper, prima flowers, ( love these!) gems,lace and charm from stash. I also added a pretty PM element. Again, i have tried to keep this card simple as i didn't really want anything too fussy.

Pretty Simple...

This morning, one of my customers rang me up to ask if i could make a card for her, and acceptance. She wanted to send it to, tell the almost married couple that her family would accept the wedding invite they sent. So ( partly because i didn't have any sutible paper) i wanted to keep this card simple. ( which is unlike me!) I have used a sentiment printed from the computer, a white feather, prima flower, and embelli from stash. Hope you like!

More Mothers Day Cards

Felt quite summery today, so thought i'd make this card, and besides the last two mothers day cards i made sold at my dads work for £1.50 each, so i'm doing quite well! Yesterday, i went to Merry Hill (hell!) and purchased the a magazine. In it came the free papers i have used on this card. I mage is Sugar Nelllie, buttons and gem from stash, and sentiment printed from the computer. Exuse the appualing quality of picture... i really should stop taking pictures at night.

Happy Birthday Carly!

Dad came home with an order tonight, happy Birthday to a 16 year old girl- Carly. I wondered for ages what to do, which of my lovely images to use. And then my mom reminded me that i had my smirk paper and decoupage, and i couldn't believe i'd forgot, as it's perfect! So for this card i've used smirk papers and paperhouse lace, glittered decoupage and sentiment printed from the computer. I decided to decorated the inside, and have used the same smirk papers, some scrap card and some bargain embellishments i bought from Sainsburys.

Sugar Nellie

Wow, my second post today. I decided to make this card today, because the sugar nellie images were just calling me... I bought them today. ( read previous post ) Watercoloured with whispers. The papers are basic grey " sugared " I think i need some more of these, they're half price on the glitter pot! Adhesive paper lace from the paper house and prima flowers, for the inside i used the same materials as the front with a papermania notelet. After taking this photo, i decided to turn it into a mothers day card, and added a sentiment.

Mothers Day Card

Hello, hope you're all having a fabby Wednesday! I am, what could be better than craft shopping, ( Ashmore Park AND Hobby Craft ) and then a day of crafting! Anyway onto the card... I have used Forever friends "WITH LOVE" papers, some pink lace i bought today, and gems from stash. Flowers are prima, and sentiment is printed of the computer. The image is Penny Black essentials, although i can't be sure i bought a pack of them from Prima Crafts.

Blue Mothers Day

Hello, hope you're all having a fabulous weekend. I thought i'd share with you a card i made. Next week, my dad and i are doing a card boot in Essington Fruit Farm, and my mom suggested that i tried to sell some cards. She thought that mothers day cards would sell the best, so i'm making a start. The papers are paper mania, and the image is Penny Black stickeroos. I really love this little fellow- he's so cute! I have also used my new dovecraft corner rounder i bought from Ashmore Park. Prima flower, and lace, gem are from stash.

Basic Grey

I love this Sarah Kay stamp, have been using it a lot recently. Yesterday, i went on Ebay, and found a load of Penny Black, and Magnolia Stamps, i've been bidding, so hopefully the postman will be bringing me something special this holiday.
Anyway, the card! I've used my very favourite Basic Grey papers, ( they're so versatile, i use them for almost every occasion.) and cardstock stickers to embellish inside. I have used my prima flowers, ( need to get some more of these... looks like i'll be taking another trip to the glitter pot!! ) and some buttons, gems from stash.

Pink!!

Wow, what a lot of orders i've had, i'm over the moon. I made this card for my Nan and Grandad to give to my Great Auntie. I don't know if you can see this, but i've put lace around the central piece of paper on my card. ( I have seen a lot of people doing this, looks great. ) To make it extra special, i decorated the inside... but think i went a bit mad, with the papers....

Hope you have a great Sunday, it's half term this week, so i will hopefully get time to make some more cards!

Basic Grey Challenge!

Sorry, i haven't posted for three days! Oh well, i'll make up for it with this card. I had an order for a valentines card, and didn't have a clue what to do. But then, i remembered my basic grey sugered papers, and noticed some reds and whites. I also had some white less, gems e.g, and so thought i'd give it a go. I hand drew the hearts, and the sentiment is printed of the computer.

I made this note block for my Aunties Birthday. The wooden block is a sample my mom got. She wanted some new kitchen furniture! The ribbon is from crafts u love ( sale) The flower is PM. The papers are again pm spring burst notelets. Buttons, gems and paperclip from stash.

Another Order...

I made this card for another order i had. The image is penny black stickeroos, and the papers are forever friends: with love. The sentiment is printed from my computer, and reads to my princess... Happy Birthday sally. The flowers are prima. For the inside , i used the same papers, and some scrap card. The stamped flower around the edges is Hero Arts. I tied a bit of lace and a green ribbon into a kind of bow... think it looks quite pretty!

Daughter in-Law Card

This card was made for an order i received. The image is Tilda, ( dress up ) i was chuffed with this stamp, as i got it off the glitter pot for £2.50. Watercoloured with whispers pens. (I always stamp onto water colour paper, as i think the ink spreads better. ) Papers are basic grey sugared, and flowers are prima. I got the small silver flower from prima crafts. The sentiment is printed of the computer.

I can't keep my hands off the SMIRK range... i love It! For this card i used the friendship decoupage, naughty and nice papers and a silver charm from pound land.

I Hope my pictures look better, i put macro on the camera like Sarah told me too. I have used the new SMIRK range, anita green ribbon, gems, and prima flowers.For the inside i used some scrap card, and a layer of decoupage. The edge around the circle has been embossed. Hope you like!
