New Goodies and a Card!

Hi,
Been shopping today, to Hobby Craft. I have to say, i was very dissapointed at their selection of stamps, but i did mnanage to pick a few things up. I am now the proud owner of:

* The Essentials Penny Black stamp *
* 2 Rolls of Ribbon ( 49p for 3 metres! ) *
* Flower punch * ( reduced to £2.50 )
* Foam pads *
* Brilliance inkpad *
I was really impressed with the inkpad. The image stamped out very clear, and i didn't have to buy a stamp cleaner, the stamp was as good as new with a rub from a few baby wipes!

So, i've been playing around this afternoon, and came up with this:

Materials:

* Smirk papers *
* Penny Black Stamp; The Essentials, watercoloured with Whispers *
* Daisy punch- large and small! *
* Pink ribbion from stash *

Pressies!

Yesterday it was my sisters birthday, and my nan came round with the pressies. She bourght Lucy hers, put then also pulled out a present for me! I was so excited and ripped off the paper to find she'd bourght me the Purple Cows cutting machine! It comes with a ruler a circle cutter, with three different blades! Two templates:
* Circles *
* and ovals *
So now io can cut perfect shapes!

More Scrapbook!

Hello, hope you're all enjoying your easter weekend! I made a few more pages of my scrapbook this morning. It's nice to open it up when family members come round! Anyway, this is a picture of me in Florida when we were in a Kilimanjaro Safari in Animal Kingdom. It was an amazing ride, on real open trucks with fantastic animals. I took pictures of an elephant and it's baby, and i got so close to a White rhino, i could reach out and rub it's rough skin!

A few pages of my scrapbook...

Hello, a big:
*Good Friday*
To you all! Hope your enjoying the wet weather! :O)
I thought i'd share with you a few pages of my scrapbook so far. My mom asked me to create this, as it's much nicer to flick through a bright and colourful book full of pictures, than yank them out of a cardboard box!
I've added quite a few embellies, most opf the papers are Disney Tinkerbell, but i've combined/ matted with others such as:
* Forever Friends
* Smirk
* Co- ordinations
* Pm
The ribbon is the Crafthouse, gems are PM, and flowers are prima.
I am begining to run out of primas, so i have decided to make my own. Hopefully i'll post some cards using them tomorrow!

Finally Some Cards! And the second Crafty Monkeys Challenge!

I have made this card for my sisters birthday, she's turning 10 on Easter Sunday. She's not much of a girly girl and isn't so keen on pink! I decided to use my delish Cupcake papers from Basic Grey.

The Ingredients:
* Basic Grey cupcake papers
* Poky tool: ( for stiching )
* Fineliner
* Penny Black image ( from Lyndsey) coloured with whispers.
* The craft house ribbon
* PM gems
* BG rub-on ( inside)
* Doodlebug rub-ons ( front)

My Second Card:

Hello, happy Thursday. The weather was lovely yesterday but it's quite dull today. I have made this card to get back into stamping a bit, and also to enter this weeks Crafty Monkeys Challenge:
* Something for the girls! *
At first, i couldn't get the image to stamp out properly and my poor Sarah Kay image either didn't have a head, or a basket of apples!

Ingredients:
* Basic Grey Sugared paper.
* Sarah Kay stamp, watercoloured with whispers.
* Prima flowers
* button and lace from stash.
* Inking: Ancient page, chocolate.
* Verse inside printed from: Imag- e- nations website.

I'm Back!!!!!

Well, i'm back, and i'm shattered!! :O) The flight was awful... really bumpy, and 7 hours! We left Orlando at 5:45, but arrived in Manchester airport at 9:00. When we were in the villa, i used my dads sat-nav to search for crafting shops. No results! The nearest one was more than 20 miles away, and we had to save the last bit of petrol for the airport! But, i managed to buy a tinkerbell scrapbooking set, with papers, stickers ect. In the pictures above i have shown you some of the things i bought. Including: A Minnie mouse doll, a Pluto cuddly toy, a disney necklace and a silver necklace, a mikey mouse ornament globe, a growing flannel, two keyrings, and an autograph book bulging with characters autographs.
I had a great time, but am glad to get back home to my warm and familiar bed. I have got 2 weeks off from now and counting, so i'm going to try and fit some crafting, ( and craft shopping!!!) into my to-do list. :O)
